Strike Group Commander, Rear Admiral James P. "Phil" Wisecup and the crew of the USS Ronald Reagan, CVN-76 celebrate the retirement of their Chief of Staff Captain Brian J. McCormack. 

The ceremonies were  held aboard the USS Midway CV-41, San Diego.
